You could use a pulse building block that generates a microsecond pulse on every detected 65 for example and use that to drive the cursor movement. One trick that works with most building blocks is to look into the detailed settings tabs and check of the box to not only react on new values but on ANY value.
One thing that could be bugging you by the sounds of it is that you need to find a dependable way to detect repeat generations of the same value (eg a 65 for right) and turn that into repeated signals further down the chain.
